Our TOA webinar series is a once-a-week, for eight weeks, learning progression that dives deep into the TOA training method. We will cover our movement observation assessment techniques, program design blueprint, exercise selection and progressions, business practices and more!
Our weekly webinar is delivered every Monday at 11:30 am pacific time. If you can’t join us at that time, no problem! You will have the recording and the PDFs provided to you to view at your convenience

The TOA mentorship is a one day four hour in depth introduction into our TOA training philosophy, our mini-macrocycle, volume controls, exercise sliding scale and more!!
Plus!! You are provided a systematic approach to build and develop “YOUR” own personal training philosophy and transferring it to paper for simple and consistent daily programming.
PROGRESSIVE RESISTANCE TRAINING FOR THE OLDER ADULT
IN-PERSON TWO DAY CERTIFICATE COURSE

The Progressive Resistance Training the Older Adult (PR-TOA) hands-on LIVE component is the final step in completing your TOA certificate. We will spend two full days together (12 hours) introducing, understanding and physically performing our “Staple 30” foundational movements.
To ensure that you have mastered these movements and are ready to teach and practice them with your clients we do need you to be on site, LIVE, with us and “Feel” what the movement is like. We will address all three learning domains (cognitive, affective and psychomotor) to provide you every opportunity to hone your skill set and be ready to stay Training YOUR Older Adults clients safely and efficiently.
